At WO2MEN, we offer a 14-day return window. This means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging included. Proof of purchase may be required as part of the return review process.
All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at [email protected]. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and advise on next steps.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, or products that are custom, personalised, or unsuitable for return due to their nature.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
